- All tours subject to advisory issued on COVID-19 by Andaman & Nicobar Administration in your planed month. If lockdown or may be any notification issued by the UT Administration in the given month we should follow the instruction of the Administrator. However, taken amount like advance or token amount will be refunded, if issued the notification before you reach to Port Blair. Also, all tour subject to weather condition.

- Complimentary once a tour (non-refundable if activity GETS CANCELLED DUE TO WEATHER CONDITION OR ANY OTHER ADMINISTRATIVE REASONS).
- UPGRADE TO HIGHER CATEGORY (FLIGHT/FERRY/HOTELS) IS AVAILABLE AT AN EXTRA COST.
- Classification of hotels in Andaman is less on amenities if compared to a similar category rooms in metro cities.
- Accommodation is provided in mentioned or similar hotels as per availability.
- For early check-in/late check-out/ extending of stay, subject to availability and as per hotel norms.
- Smoking/consumption and serving of liquor in hotels is completely depends on hotel’s rules and regulation.
- For meal plan, menu will be on fixed plan/buffet basis depends on occupancy level.
- Gala dinner/buffet system during peak season of Andaman is compulsory as per hotel’s guidelines.
- Vehicles are used as per the itinerary and cover the mentioned sightseeing only. Extra sightseeing on extra charges.
- Vehicle transfers are primarily point-to-point. Same vehicle and driver does not stay with the guest for the entire tour.
- Your luggage/items is your own responsibility
- Network available- airtel/bsnl/jio.
- Guests to carry ID proofs with address (except pan card)-pasport/voter id /DL/aadhar is valid id in Andaman.
- Kindly follow all instructions given by our tour representative about sightseeing timings.
- NO REFUND WILL ENTERTAIN TO COMPLIMENTARY ACTIVITIES OR EVENTS.
- ANDAMAN IS A TROPICAL ISLAND,WITH AVERAGE TEMPERATURE BETWEEN 23-32 DEGREES YEAR ROUND. BEING TROPICAL, RAIN IS DIFFICULT TO PREDICT, SO LIGHT SHOWERS TO HEAVY RAIN THROUGHOUT THE YEAR IS NO SURPRISE. CYCLONE MAY DISRUPT FERRY SERVICES ANY TIME OF THE YEAR AND NOT NECESSARILY DURING MONSOON. IN CASE OF DISCONTINUE FERRIES, NO REFUND OF ON THE BOOKED ARRANGEMENT BUT WE DO MANAGE IN ALTERNATE SIGHTSEEING AND ACCOMMODATION BASIS AVAILABILITY.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- * Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
- * Retention Amount varies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
- * Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
